Yokohama Off-Highway Tires (OHT), a part of Yokohama Rubber Co., has launched a global learning and development initiative, “LEAD” (Leading Teams Effectively), for their people managers across India and America. We are happy to collaborate with InspireOne – a leading Organization Development firm with over two decades of experience and powered by IBM, TACK, and TMI, for this initiative.”

LEAD” (Leading Teams Effectively) intervention is a twelve-week journey, and it entails Competency-based pre-assessment, 3 Learning Modules delivered in 6 two hours Virtual Instructor-Led Training (VILT) sessions, Mobile based gamified Learning on Master O, Closure Sessions, and Post assessment.

Craig Gould, Partner at InspireOne and the Western Region Head, said, “This program is one of our most innovative learning initiatives which is being delivered completely in an engaging virtual format.
