Krushika’s experience spans over 7 years in various industries. In her early career, she has worked in the hospitality & e-commerce industry and was proactively executing business to business outreach to targeted high value accounts and facilitate the growth of revenue. In her previous role at MakeMyTrip, she was associated with setting up the new vertical known as Experiences which provided everyday services to customers. She gained expertise in planning and implementing strategies and solutions for enhancing business, identifying, and penetrating new market segments, promoting brand for business excellence.
This was then later combined with gaining experience in the consulting domain joined as a Sr. Client Partner at InspireOne wherein she proactively works with clients to understand their current leadership and organizational culture related business initiatives and align them to the appropriate InspireOne research and expertise. Her unique role combines a consultant’s knowledge of solutions, a business analyst’s critical thinking for problem solving and a business developer’s action-orientation for achievement of results. She looks at everything from a consulting lens, to cater to client’s challenges, she co-creates a high-level architecture towards solutioning. She persistently explores to uncover the business needs of new clients and existing clients and strategize how InspireOne’s offerings can grow their business & ensure that clients are getting most value of InspireOne’s Services.
Krushika has received her MBA from Welingkar Institute of Management.
