Deepak is the Managing Director of InspireOne Consultants. He leads and manages the Indian operations of its global partners: TMI, Centre for High Performance Development (CHPD) UK, TACK (UK).

Deepak provides strategic direction on OD initiatives; Talent Management projects; facilitates strategy formulation and implementation, and enhances senior-level leadership through executive coaching, training and consulting assignments. He has been the MD of ModiCorp - a diversified group comprising of various businesses: - Xerox Modicorp, Spicecom, Spice Net, Alcatel, Modi Network Systems. His other corporate roles have included Operations, Strategic and Board level assignments.

Saumya's overall professional experience spans across various industries in capacity-building and OD interventions. At InspireOne, her responsibilities include: identifying and creating solutions for areas related to Performance and Productivity, Customer Service and Organizational and Change interventions; driving the revenues of the TMI business nationally, and delivering senior level training programs and consulting solutions for customers.

She has worked with customers such as PepsiCo India, Unilever, and Nestle amongst others. Her work ranges from content development to delivery of programs and post-intervention evaluation and integration.

Prior to joining InspireOne, Saumya was working with The Oberoi Group as the Training Manager, where she designed and developed several behavioral and soft skills programs. She has created the competency framework and conducted assessment centers to enable vertical growth within the company. Additionally, she was also responsible for creating and implementing OD and culture change initiatives.

Saumya began her career with Planman Consulting where she was responsible for business development and promotion of in-house and open-house programs. Thereafter, she moved onto Chrysalis HRD, where her role primarily centered on customizing and delivering HR solutions. While she has worked across industries, her forte lies in the Service Sector.
