Transition to Transform: Managing Managers is a leadership transition program designed to support leaders as they step into the pivotal role of managing managers. Mid-level managers occupy one of the most challenging positions in any organisation, sandwiched between senior leadership and the ground, responsible for translating high-level strategy into execution and under constant pressure to deliver results while keeping their teams engaged.

Providing adequate support during this transition can equip mid-level leaders with the mindset, skillset, and capabilities to enhance their high-performing behaviours, drive team engagement, and deliver stronger role performance post-transition.

Leadership Simulations: Transitioning Managers

The Transition is an immersive leadership simulation for newly promoted managers of managers, helping them transition from expert contributor to scalable leader through realistic decisions.This simulation is grounded in Ram Charan’s Leadership Pipeline, Bridges’ Transition Model, and Watkins’ The First 90 Days framework. Participants navigate a series of critical decisions that influence productivity recovery, manager confidence, attrition risk, and the long-term strength of the leadership bench.
