When a leader transitions from the role of Manager of People to the role of a Manager of Managers, she/he needs support on a range of capabilities. Providing adequate support during this transition can help the managers to reach an acceptable level of performance much faster than managers who are not provided with adequate support.

It is a structured leadership journey that helps managers successfully transition into middle management by building the skills needed to lead larger teams and influence more broadly.
The move from frontline manager to middle manager brings new challenges such as strategic thinking, stakeholder management, and cross-functional leadership. A transition program helps managers step into these responsibilities with confidence.
The program supports four key shifts: moving from solving problems to making strategic decisions, from managing individuals to leading other managers, from influencing direct reports to inspiring across functions, and from managing KPIs to driving long-term strategic results.
Organizations can expect smoother manager transitions, stronger leadership pipelines, improved team alignment, and more effective execution of business strategies.
It typically runs over a 16-week blended journey, combining leadership assessments, workshops, simulations, on-the-job practice, and digital reinforcement to ensure practical application.
It is ideal for professionals stepping into mid-level leadership roles—such as regional managers, general managers, or unit heads—who need to adapt quickly and lead with greater impact.
