Change Management Learning Journey

Bearings
Weeks 1 and 2
This is where participants get their baseline. They do a Personal Emotional Quotient Meter, understand where they are as leaders, and select a real Functional Transformation Project that they'll work on across the entire journey.
The Voyage
Weeks 3 to 6
This is the deep learning phase. They go through self-paced digital content, a half-day simulation workshop with two tracks — one on Resilience and EI, one on Multi-Generational Leadership — and a Group Reflection Circle.
Course Correction
Weeks 7 to 10
They apply what they've learned. There's another VILT on Decision Making under pressure and deploying change, more digital reinforcement, and a second reflection circle where they pressure-test their Functional Transformation Project.
Landfall
Weeks 11 and 12
They present their Functional Transformation Project to an internal panel, and then do a post-EQ assessment to measure the shift.
