Dr. Shweta Jaiswal Thakur holds a doctoral degree in Human resources domain from MDI, Gurgaon. She is a double postgraduate with a degree in Human Resource Management and Masters in labour laws and labour welfare. She has an experience of more one and half decade including corporate, academic, consulting and research. With Aon she worked extensively on managerial coaching for improved performance. She has also led the management and executive education vertical at a business school (NSB) which is mentored by IIM-A. As a facilitator she has designed, developed, and delivered multiple leadership development programs for middle to senior level executives including General Managers and Vice Presidents of various MNCs and PSUs.
She is an International award-winning case author (awards from Richard Ivey, Canada; The Case Centre – UK and appeared in the bestselling list of Harvard Business Review Case Publishing) and has published cases in Richard Ivey Case Publishing House, Canada, and the European Case Clearing House. She has published research papers and book reviews on various HR topics like HR Analytics, Talent Retention, HRM and Innovation, Change management among many others in international and national journals of repute. She has received the best doctoral research proposal award in a national level competition conducted by Aon Hewitt Think Tank. She is a certified HR Analytics Professional. She also holds certification in Case Writing and Research from Richard Ivey, Canada Trainers, Training with Cases – IIM-A, Psychometric Test Development – MDI Gurgaon, Emotional Intelligence Tool (PEQM) and High-Performance Work Behavior Framework.
