Deepak has over three decades of professional experience that is a dynamic mix of corporate and consulting assignments across various industries. His multidimensional exp-erience across Investment Banking, Management Consulting, Agriculture, Automobiles, Office Automation, Telecom and Industrial Entrepreneurship enables him to undertake the role of a Change Catalyst at the individual and organizational levels..

Neeta Mohla
Joint Managing Director
Neeta has committed the last 20 years of her professional career to developing various skills such as enabling people to develop critical competencies, motivating people to bring about effective change, developing strong relationships by building trust and leading change processes.


As one of the founders of the company, over the last eight years she has helped build all the five practice units at the company, especially the Leadership Training and Development practice. Her personal strength in coaching for development has equipped trainers at all levels with the relevant functional competencies

Neeta’s core expertise is in Leadership Development. As an executive coach, she has enhanced effectiveness of leaders at all levels through coaching assignments for impacting behavioral and leadership competencies.


 
       
 
 
 
Khurshid Bandyopadhyay
Director – Marketing and Western Region

Khurshid has over three decades of work experience in the start-up and management support of high technology service businesses of multinational companies. She has a proven leadership in strategic communications and brand building, besides proficiency in marketing, Coaching, human resources management and quality.


As Director, Mumbai/Western Region operations for InspireOne, she is a central resource for OD interventions. She provides consulting of strategy related to OD and works with leaders 1:1 to enable implementation of strategy. She extensively coaches leaders to enable them to problem solve and overcome personal and environmental barriers


Her extensive work with leadership and leaders in the area of OD, Communications and  HR provides her an insight into impact that leaders have on building teams and organization.

 
     
 
 
 
Suman Sethi
Principal Consultant
Suman has over a decade of experience in the area of Human resources.


At InspireOne, Suman has multiple responsibilities including that of a Principal Consultant and managing the HR function. She has also previously headed the Performance Enhancement practice. She was part of the team that established TMI’s operations in India, 1999. Ever since she has been involved in delivering several training and consulting assignments in companies across industries – Software, Telecom, Hospitality, Agro and Education.


Adept in all the productivity and personal effectiveness related TMI programs, Suman is currently also involved in knowledge management at InspireOne, thereby enabling leverage and effective application of  the company’s Know-How in all programs.. The training programs conducted by Suman include Time Manager, Presentation and Communication Skills, Performance Management System, Interpersonal Skills, Interviewing Skills, and Service.

 
       
 
 
 
Harleen Kaur
Business Manager - Leadership Practice & National Accounts.
Harleen brings to the table a rich corporate experience of over 10 years in Sales and Marketing in the Services sector. She has been with InspireOne for over three years now, where she has successfully handled multi-dimensional roles in the areas of Sales, Key Account Management, Operations and Client Services.


In her current role, she is leading the Direct Sales vertical of the organization. Harleen’s proven ability in customer relationship management; sharp business acumen and intense customer orientation make her a perfect fit for her role. Driven by the people challenges faced by her clients, she derives great satisfaction in being able to provide the “right” solutions to them.
 
       
 
 
 
Sumit Harjani
Branch Head – Delhi
Sumit has over seven years of experience, national and international, in corporate sales. He has been with InspireOne for the past three years and currently heads the Delhi region and manages the TMI business for the company. His role includes multiple responsibilities such as: coaching and developing young consultants, driving the revenues for the Delhi region, and managing key accounts of the region. Additionally, he also trains in the areas of Sales and Sales Management, and Performance Enhancement. He has been certified by TACK International in Budapest, Hungary for various sales training programs and has represented TMI and TACK at the World Congress on Sales Academy. His passion for work and personal life alike, is reflected in his passionate, energetic and inspiring style of delivery.


On the business development side, Sumit wears the hat of the “Best Business Development Person” for the year 2008-2009 nationally for achieving 140% of his annual goals. He also received the prestigious TMI ONE star award for the “Emerging Talent of the Year”, selected for his stellar performance and professional excellence from amongst 47 countries.
 
       
 
 
 
Priya Khosla
Branch Head – Bangalore
Priya has been in the training and consulting industry for the past seven years. In her current role as Branch Head, Priya’s responsibilities include leading the Bangalore team, consulting, business development and training. Her training focus is on Leadership, Emotional Intelligence and Performance Management interventions.


Priya’s core expertise is in leadership training. She brings to the table exceptional clarity of thought and ability to facilitate solutions for participants in areas of Performance and Leadership. She is certified in Situational Leadership Theory One (SLT 1) and has the capacity to drive participants to work around areas of development and leverage their strengths to impact performance and create leadership value.

Jithesh has 13 years of industry experience in Sales, Marketing Services, Learning & Development, Consulting and Business Development.

 

In his current role as Branch Head, Mumbai, Jithesh’s responsibilities include Leadership and Performance consulting, business development and training. He has conducted programs on Coaching, Feedback, Influencing Skills, Negotiation, Creative Problem Solving, Communication Skills, Relationship Building, Leadership Styles, Team Building and Motivation


His expertise lies in Leadership Skills Development and Sales training. He has worked with senior management teams of SMEs and NRI business units and has the distinction of having trained delegates for over 9,600 hours from Manufacturing, Services, FMCG, Consumer Durables, IT, Telecom and Retail sectors. Senior Consultant and SME – Sales

Alka is a Senior Consultant and the Subject Matter Expert for TACK at InspireOne Consultants. She specializes in training and interventions in the Leadership and Sales areas. She has nine years of experience in the area of Sales and Marketing for the Media industry, after which she started her tenure as a Corporate Trainer, becoming a Master Trainer within two years at different methodologies for training including Discovery Learning, Experiential, Adventure Based, Inquiry, Role Plays, Audio/Video Simulation, Coaching, and Mentoring. She has considerable consulting experience in the areas of Training Need Identification, Development Path Identification and On-field coaching for clients. Shaluu Bhucchar
Senior Project Manager and Practice Head – Performance Excellence

Shaluu manages the Performance Management practice at InspireOne. She has also been involved with Service programs and Organizational Development interventions. Some workshops that Shaluu delivers regularly include Time and Performance Manger, Presentation Skills, Communication Skills, Employeeship, Coaching, Supervisor Development Program, Service related programs and Team Building programs among others.

 

She is a powerful communicator and one of her strength’s is her ability to connect with varied audiences. She is passionate about working with people and helping them find and develop their true potential.

Meenakshi has over nine years of professional experience in diverse industries such as Express (Courier & Logistics), Satellite Radio, Telecom and Insurance. She has worked in the areas of Customer Service and Operations, Project Management, with Training and Capability Development being her area of expertise. She has proven ability in content designing, training delivery, administering certification exams and conducting assessment centers for career progression. Nishtha has been with InspireOne for over three years. Her responsibilities include: managing the Leadership practice, and train in the areas of Leadership, Performance Enhancement and also delivers Sales Solutions for TACK India.

 

With her experience in managing leadership projects, Nishtha is actively involved in providing solutions to customers around leadership assessment and development. Her knowledge and interest in Organizational Behavior makes her recognize the different forces at work that influence human behavior. Malobika Mitra
Associate Branch Manager – Bangalore

Prior to joining InspireOne; Malobika has worked with organizations such as SQL Star International, E-gurucool, Max New York Life and Monster Inc. in the field of Business Development. She has experienced institutional sales, franchise selling and corporate sales, all of which have given her a rich understanding of the many facets of people and their requirements.

 

At InspireOne, Malobika carries a dual role. She is responsible for expanding InspireOne’s client base in the Southern region of India. Her knowledge of the markets and customers expectations helps her team to evolve every day and consistently strive to work with clients by understanding their needs and selling solutions in the area of people development.

Senior Client Partner- Training and Consulting

Linnet has close to seven years of enriched training experience in the service industry. At InspireOne, Linnet consults and trains people on Service Excellence and Service Recovery, Personal Quality, Emotional Intelligence and Personal Skills. She is also involved in the diagnostics, design, formulation and delivery of varied products, one of the hallmark products being “Certification of Recruitment Excellence”.

Manager Projects: Training and Consulting

Konark is a Six Sigma DMAIC Green Belt certified facilitator with an overall corporate experience of ten years. At InspireOne, he manages large projects, consults key accounts and delivers training programs in the areas of performance enhancement, customer service and sales and sales management.

 

His style is highly interactive and energetic, and he prefers to keep the delivery humorous and simplistic. Yet, his passionate and facilitative approach ensures that main messages lead to reflection of the self and create a transformation within.
