Mr. Chugh was the Chairman of the ITC Group from November 1991 to December 1995.
On his retirement he was honored with the title of Chairman Emeritus - ITC.
Prior to joining ITC in 1971, Mr. Chugh - a Mechanical Engineer from Delhi University -
worked for 10 years with India's largest engineering enterprise, the Heavy Engineering
Corporation, a public sector organization based in Ranchi. Mr. Chugh achieved valuable
experience in heavy industry and large projects.
During Mr. Chugh's tenure of four years as Chairman, ITC grew more than two fold in
turnover and almost four times in profit. For two consecutive years ITC was India's No.1
Company based on a number of criteria - growth, profit, return to shareholders and
market capitalization. In the early days of economic liberalization, Mr. Chugh reengineered
ITC to grow as India's leading multinational company. He was the first Indian
CEO to talk about 'Creating India's Multinationals' and encouraging global
competitiveness.
Mr. Chugh was elected the financial world's International 1994 CEO of the Year Asia
and in 1993, was adjudged amongst the Top 2 Best Indian Chief Executives. He was
elected one of five 'Tobacco Men of the Year' by the World Tobacco International, USA,
and was the Most Distinguished Alumni of the Delhi College of Engineering.
He is presently Chairman of Gati Ltd; Director of Sandhar Auto Industries, Urban Mass
Transit Co.; Fozal Small Hydro Power, and Spice Telecom; and also a distinguished
Member of Board of Governors of the Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore and
Population Foundation of India. |

Prof. Ahmad has over four decades of experience in top management development,
higher education and corporate training and development. During his career, Prof Ahmad
has held various eminent positions in the Faculty of Management Studies and Delhi
University. He has been the Dean of the Faculty, Director South Campus, Pro-Vice
Chancellor, University of Delhi.
He has also been actively involved in numerous consulting engagements in India and
overseas with companies such as USAID for Management Development and Internal
Consultancy Skills in the Ministry of Health, Govt. of Indonesia, Indian Tobacco
Company, Hughes Software, Diamond Cements, Modi Chemicals, among others. |

T.L. Palani Kumar is the former Country Head, India & South Asia of UC RUSAL
Limited, a Russian-Swiss giant which is the world's largest producer of
Aluminium/Alumina with over 100,000 employees and operations in 17 countries.
An Engineering graduate from IIT Madras and a PGDBA from IIM-A, Palani started his
career with Asian Paints Ltd. and then moved on to Tube Investments of India Ltd.,
where he was Senior Vice President.
Prior to his current assignment, Palani has been Executive Director & CEO-Escorts
Tractors Pvt. Ltd., Managing Director & CEO-New Holland Tractors (India) Pvt. Ltd.,
and CEO of Aluminium Business of Sterlite Industries (India) Ltd. (Vedanta Resources
Plc. UK).
In a corporate career spanning over 35 years, Palani has had extremely varied experience
in Marketing, Manufacturing, Operations and Enterprise Leadership, of which over 15
years has been as CEO and whole-time Managing Director. He is serving as nonexecutive
independent Director on the Boards of reputed Indian companies and is adviser
to leading Indian business schools and management consultancies. His vision and vast
experience is a great asset to FOSTIIMA Business School. He is also guiding the
investments of a venture capital firm. |

With over 35 years of experience holding very senior positions i.e., COO, CEO, Group
Managing Director in Indian & Multinational Groups, Mr Nanani is currently Group
President and CEO at SPICE BPO. Previously, he served as COO at Jumbo Group. As
Chief Operating Officer of Jumbo World Holdings, Prakash successfully headed the
International Operations of the group and grew it into a highly profitable business with
revenue of US $ 1 Billion.
He was responsible for the total growth of Global Operations in Sony Products,
(Entertainment, Electronics, IT & Telecom Products), Telecom Handset Business, IBM
and Compaq Computers. Subsequently, as Chief Operating Officer (India & International
Operations), he was given additional responsibility for the growth of other prestigious
group companies like Shaw Wallace. Prior to Jumbo, he was the Group Managing
Director at Modi Xerox where he was instrumental in establishing the 'Xerox' Brand in
India and helping it grow into "the most successful Joint Venture of the Decade." He was
in charge of the total business operations in India and South Asia and had assignments
with Xerox USA, UK and the Asia Pacific region. Under his stewardship, Xerox India
was rated as the most successful channel business in the Xerox World.
Prakash holds a Bachelor's in Engineering from Birla Institute of Technology. |

Mr. Deepak Talwar, is the Principal and founder of DTA Consulting. He established the
firm in 1979 for undertaking activities in the Public Affairs domain, at a time when the
Indian economy was still closed to Foreign Investment.
With an aim of extending the spectrum of services in Public Affairs, in 1997 he founded
Integral P R Services (P) Ltd - one of India's widest networked PR concerns servicing

Deepak founded IDFS Tradings (P) Ltd in 2000. The Company is engaged in In-flight
Airline Retail, Warehousing & Logistics, Airline Amenities and Airport Duty Free.
The Company has a Joint Venture with Aer Rianta International, a company dedicated to
delivering a quality Airport travel experience to the best international standards. This JV
has the concession for Duty Free shopping in the new terminal in Delhi International
Airport.
He has been instrumental in forging a JV with SSP-the international group that operates
restaurants, bars, cafes, food courts and convenience stores in airports, rail stations,
leisure venues and onboard trains across Europe, Asia Pacific and North America.
